At JustBeef, our biltong is made the traditional way using prime cuts of beef, fresh spices, and a slow air-drying process in a dedicated 5-star food-rated facility.
We prepare small batches, never rush the process, and avoid mass production to maintain control at every stage. The result is flavourful, high-protein biltong made properly without shortcuts or unnecessary additives.
