At JustBeef, we want you to savour and enjoy every bite. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go quite as we'd like.

Your Legal Rights

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the legal right to cancel and return your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, no explanation required.

How to Start a Return

To qualify for a return, you must:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it
  2. Send the items back to us within another 14 days from the date of notification

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@just-beef.co.uk. We'll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Returned with all labels and seals intact

We're unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Note: This applies to both our human biltong products and dog treats. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@just-beef.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns
  • We'll cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Refunds

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
  • Original shipping charges will be refunded if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food products (unless faulty)
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@just-beef.co.uk
