Human Food Products (Biltong)
Our biltong is a dried meat product intended for human consumption.
Important:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Refrigerate after opening
- Check for allergen information on product labels
- Do not consume if packaging is damaged or product appears spoiled
- We cannot accept returns on opened food products unless faulty
Allergens: Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens. Please check product descriptions and contact us if you have specific dietary requirements.

- We maintain high standards of hygiene and quality control
- Best before dates are clearly marked on all products

Pet Food Products (Dog Treats)
Our dog treats are dried meat products intended for canine consumption only. They are not intended for human consumption.
Important Safety Information:
Supervision Required:
- Always supervise your pet when feeding treats
- Ensure fresh water is available at all times
- Choose appropriate size treats for your dog's breed and size
- Remove any uneaten portions
Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from children
- Keep packaging sealed when not in use
- Refrigerate after opening for optimal freshness
- Check packaging for damage before feeding to your pet
Feeding Guidelines:
- Treats should complement a balanced diet, not replace it
- Do not exceed recommended daily amounts (see product packaging)
- Adjust your dog's main meal accordingly when feeding treats
- Suitable for dogs over 4 months old unless otherwise stated
- Not suitable for puppies under 4 months
Choking Hazard:
- Monitor your dog while eating
- Discontinue use if product becomes sharp or splintered
- Select treats appropriate to your dog's size and chewing habits
Allergies and Sensitivities:
- Check ingredients carefully if your dog has known allergies
- Our treats may contain or come into contact with common allergens
- Discontinue use immediately if your pet shows any adverse reaction
- Consult your vet if you have concerns
Veterinary Consultation:
- If your dog is pregnant, nursing, elderly, or has health conditions, consult your vet before introducing new treats
- Our treats are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- Seek veterinary advice for any health concerns about your pet
Not for Human Consumption: While made from high quality ingredients, dog treats are formulated specifically for canine digestive systems and must not be consumed by humans.
Compliance: Our dog treats comply with UK pet food regulations and meet the standards set out in the Animal Feed (Hygiene, Sampling etc. and Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2015.
Product Liability and Disclaimers
For Human Food Products:
- We guarantee our products meet UK food safety standards
- Products are properly labelled with ingredients and allergen information
- We are liable for any harm caused by defective products as required by law
For Pet Food Products:
We are not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients when products are used as directed
- Choking hazards when supervision and feeding guidelines are not followed
- Issues arising from feeding guidelines not being followed
- Health problems in pets with pre-existing conditions not disclosed to a veterinarian
No Medical Claims: We do not make medical or health claims about our dog treats. They are supplementary treats only.
Individual Results: Every dog is different. We cannot guarantee our treats will suit every dog or produce specific results.
You use our dog treats at your own discretion and assume responsibility for ensuring they are appropriate for your pet.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Under this Act, products must be:
