Our Story
JustBeef began long before it became a business. For many years, our biltong was made purely out of passion and personal enjoyment for Paul, and his family and close friends' tastebuds! Over time, demand grew naturally as more people discovered and enjoyed our biltong.
Encouraged repeatedly to "make a business of it", the next step was taken carefully. In 2025, a dedicated biltong-making space was designed and built to allow meat to be cut, cured, spiced, and air-dried in a clean, hygienic, and controlled environment. Our facility received a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating, and JustBeef Limited was formally established soon after.
