Shipping Costs

  • Orders under £60: £4.00 flat rate shipping
  • Orders £60 and above: FREE shipping

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. 

Please note: As our biltong is made fresh to order (we do not hold large volumes as stock), processing times may occasionally be longer during peak periods. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

Delivery Times & Carriers

All UK orders are dispatched via trusted carriers including DPD, FedEx, Evri, and Hermes.
Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Additional charges or extended delivery times may apply for:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • Isles of Scilly

We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Deliveries are mostly left in a safe place by the couriers. If you request a signed for delivery, and if you're not available to receive your delivery:

  • The carrier may leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery
  • Parcels are typically held at your local depot or collection point for 7-14 days
  • After this period, uncollected parcels will be returned to us

Please arrange collection or redelivery promptly, as our biltong is a perishable product.

Receiving Your Biltong

Our biltong is a dried meat product with shelf life of 3 months if unopened. For optimal freshness, we recommend:

  • Arranging to be home or providing a safe place for delivery
  • Storing in a cool, dry place upon receipt
  • Refrigerating after opening

Receiving Your Dog Treats

Our dog treats are made from quality dried meat suitable for canine consumption. For optimal freshness:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Refrigerate after opening for extended freshness
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Ensure packaging is intact upon delivery

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@just-beef.co.uk.

We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.

Delivery Issues

If your order doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or contains incorrect items, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy or contact support@just-beef.co.uk within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Packaging

At JustBeef, we are dedicated to minimising our environmental footprint. Wherever possible, we use recycled packaging and encourage customers to reuse this packaging to support more sustainable practices.
